Whilst we have temporarily closed our shops, we are still very much open for business online, as the Government has encouraged online retailers to continue trading while delivery services are running as usual.
All Joe Browns employees who are able to work from home are now doing so, including our call centre who remain on hand to help you with any questions you may have or to help you place an order over the phone.
In our warehouse, for those employees who are voluntarily still processing orders, we are strictly following the recommendations of both Public Health England and The World Health Organisation to ensure their health, safety and well-being.
These measures include strict social distancing, staggered breaks, sanitisation stations and the regular cleaning of facilities to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards.
Board members remain in the office to ensure that these safety measures are being adhered to at all times - including helping to pick and pack, thus remaining very hands-on in the process
