Across all our premises, this includes social distancing markers, sanitisation facilities, staggered breaks, and the regular cleaning of facilities to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards.
Instore, we are also limiting capacity numbers, promoting contactless payment and quarantining returned items for 48 hours for heightened safety and hygiene.

Please note, that Joe Browns has had a face covering policy in store since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic but customers who could not wear a face mask due to a medical condition were exempt. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case in our stores due to the escalating cases of Covid-19 and the faster transmission rates of the new variant strains. If a customer has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, they must wear a face shield instead. Also, the use of a face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe rules regarding appropriate distancing while in store. Whilst this updated policy may seem inconvenient for some, we believe that the added safety is worth the inconvenience. Our goal is to continue to provide a safe shopping environment for our customers and to provide a safe work environment for our employees.
