Go to a festival! The feeling you get at a festival when seeing your favourite bands with some amazing friends is the best way to escape. I’ve seen all of these songs live, and I remember seeing every single one and how I felt in the moment, it’s amazing!

What’s your favourite way to escape the ordinary?
I feel like a great space to escape is an art gallery. You can fully switch off from the outside world and lose yourself. I recently visited a Van Gogh exhibition which was a 360º digital art experience. It felt like you were stepping into the painting, I absolutely loved it!
What is your all-time favourite feel good tune?
Dancing in the moonlight by Toploader. It's the go to tune when I'm with my girls, glass of wine in hand, singing our hearts out.

What’s your favourite way to escape the ordinary?
A weekend trip to the Lake District always helps me escape the ordinary and relax – it’s such a peaceful and beautiful place. We always have a feel-good playlist on in the car on the way there!

I think it has to be Walking on Sunshine by Katrina & The Waves. It instantly lifts my mood!

What’s your favourite way to escape the ordinary?
For me, escaping the ordinary really does require me to have my passport in hand… or at the very least involves a little road trip. I struggle to switch off unless I remove myself from my regular surroundings, and I’m a huge fan of immersing myself in different cultures and new environments. They say travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer, and I wholeheartedly agree.

It’s so hard to choose just one all-time favourite feel good tune! Songs are such an amazing vehicle to transport you back to really great times…

For me, it's being around the people I love. We could be sat around chilling doing nothing, having a wholesome day at a farm or on a night out – as long as I'm with my favourite people, I always have a smile on my face.

It’s the obvious answer, but you can’t beat a holiday in the sun! Losing yourself in a book as you sit by a pool tanning – forgetting all your worries – bliss!

One More Time – Daft Punk. I went to see Camelphat with all my friends whilst at uni, and they played it as their encore! That memory of all of us hugging, screaming ‘one more time’ is one of my favourites.
