Code of Ethics
We are committed to providing safe and fair working conditions for the tens of thousands of people who make our products. We therefore operate inline with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base codes and via our own code of ethics which states:
We do this through five key principles:
- Employment must be freely chosen
- Workers have Freedom of Association and the right to collective bargaining
- Regular employment should be provided
- Working conditions must be safe and hygienic
- Child labour is not permissible in any circumstances
- Minimum wages must be paid
- Working hours should not be excessive
- There must be no discrimination
- There must be no harsh or inhumane treatment
- We require transparency over where our goods are being made
- There must be a will to help preserve the environment
