The festive season is upon us, and it's beginning to look a lot like cocktails! Our top favourite cocktail at Joe Browns HQ is the norotious aperol spritz, so we've played around and made a Christmas version!

Read on to find the recipe and make your own festive tipple for the Christmas season!

 

Ingredients:

  • Aperol
  • Cranberry juice
  • Prosecco
  • 2 oranges
  • Sprig of rosemary

 

Method:

  1. Prepare orange twists from an orange peel and slice the other orange into wedges
  2. In a glass, add a shot of Aperol, a shot of cranberry juice and top it up with prosecco.
  3. Add an orange wedge and ice, garnish with sprig of rosemary for festiveness.
