Meet The Team: Meadowhall Store

No matter what this year has thrown at our Meadowhall store staff, they always have big smiles on their faces! And now our stores have re-opened they can’t wait to welcome you, so make sure you pop in to say hello. If you’re looking for something remarkable to wear for the Christmas period or some last minute gifts – they’re the guys to ask as they know our collections inside out.

They are a special part of our Joe Browns team and we thought you’d like to meet them!

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

The music! I adore singing along to Bing Crosby.

What's a fun fact about you? 

I celebrate Yule Winter Solstice on the 21st December.

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

Meeting up with friends and family for lovely restaurant meals – I’ve really missed that.

What do you love about your outfit?

I’m wearing the Fabulously Flocked Longline Coat and it’s magnificent, I feel like royalty wearing it as it’s so regal and unique.

 

 

Liam

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

I love spending time with my family, so I’m really looking forward to it as it will be a first for this year!

What’s a fun fact about you?

I used to play football for Sunderland Academy and my first away game was against Sheffield United.

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

Everyone getting vaccinated and the world going back to normal!

What do you love about your chosen outfit? 

I’m wearing the Holly Leaf Shirt and the print is fantastic. I love that it’s a different take on a classic Christmas jumper. I’m wearing it with a pair of our blue skinny jeans and brown boots and I think the colours look great together – it’s a really smart look.

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

I love the build up to Christmas Day and all the festivities. Wrapping presents and getting cosy watching Christmas films are my favourites.

What's a fun fact about you? 

When I was 4 years old, I moved to Jordan for two and a half years.

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

Going on holiday and seeing family again!

What do you love about your chosen outfit? 

I love the colour of the Christmas Reverse Seam Tunic – it’s such a lovely red and the little pops of purple in the flowers add a lovely finishing touch. I’m wearing it with leggings and the Freestyle Biker Boots.

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

It has to be the food! I love all the delicious Christmas food that we get to enjoy.

What's a fun fact about you? 

I can speak 2 languages!

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

Getting back to normality and moving forward from an extremely tough year.

What do you love about your chosen outfit? 

I’m wearing the Sparkle Zip Up Top with skinny jeans and heeled boots and I love how the outfit is festive but still casual at the same time – perfect for a Christmas at home.

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

My favourite thing is family time. It’s the only time of year when my family get together. I also love drinking hot chocolate on tap!

What's a fun fact about you? 

I have been an equestrian for 15 years!

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

I’m mostly looking forward to graduating from my law degree after a very challenging 3 years.

What do you love about your chosen outfit? 

I love how fun the Festive Feline Tunic is! The funky Christmas print even has cats on it and being a big cat lover this is perfect for me. I’ll be wearing it on Christmas Day!

What's your favourite thing about Christmas?

I love being at home with all my family, eating great food and being by the fire surrounded by Christmas decorations. It really is the most wonderful time of the year!

What's a fun fact about you? 

I have been to 29 different countries in 24 years!

What are you looking forward to most in 2021?

In 2021 I’m looking forward to my brother’s wedding in France. It was postponed this year but we can’t wait to celebrate next year!

What do you love about your chosen outfit? 
I’m wearing the Nancy Lace Dress and it’s making me feel really Christmassy! The beautiful lace and corset tie detail is stunning – there’s so much detail. I also love these Louisiana Patent Shoes, they are so unique.
