Festive Favourites from our Meadowhall Store

Christmas is almost here and our Meadowhall store staff are full of festive spirit! Our store is bursting with party pieces, remarkable coats and winter warmers to see you through the season in-style. 

It's the most wonderful and also the most busiest time of year for the team but they still managed to take some time out to share some of their festive favourites.

Meet Amy our Store Floor Manager.

Her favourite festive outfit is the Radiant Reindeer Dress and Ultimate Cosy Slouch Cardigan.

Why did you choose this outfit?

This outfit choice out of my comfort zone as I don’t usually wear dresses (I’m more of a nice top and jeans kind of girl) but the dress is super flattering and so comfy to wear! I love the fun festive print – perfect for Christmas Day. I’ve added the cosy oversized cardigan and relaxed style boots for a casual look.

Where will you be wearing it?

I’ll wear it on Christmas Day at my Fiancé’s parent’s home! It’ll be the first time in a couple of years that the whole family will be all together (including his 99 year old grandma), so dressing up is a must this year and this dress is perfect for the occasion.

What are you looking forward to most this Christmas?

This year is an extra special Christmas as I’ve just got engaged, so I am super excited to celebrate with the whole family. Last year I had to spend Christmas Day by myself, so this year I will be making the most of every moment!

 

Meet Lizzy our Style Ambassador.

Her favourite festive look is the Best Berry Coat and Gorgeous Glitter Dress.

Why did you choose this outfit?

I was really drawn to the gorgeous berry colour of the coat, so when I saw the matching bag and shoes I fell in love! I’m a big fan of gold jewellery and the gold buttons and buckle detail matched my necklace and dress. When I think of Christmas I think glitter so the dress was a must.

Where will you be wearing it?

My Mum’s birthday party at the end of November, a bold outfit for a proper Sagittarius celebration.

What are you looking forward to most this Christmas?

I’m most looking forward to seeing my Grandad on Christmas Day.

 

Meet Andy our Store Manager.

He’s wearing the Glorious Gold Velvet Blazer.

Why did you choose this blazer?

The colour and luxurious style of the jacket instantly caught my eye. It’s a great style for Christmas festivities and it's original – that’s what I love about Joe Browns. I’m wearing it with jeans and boots for a more laid back style.

Where will you be wearing it?

I’ll 100% be wearing it to the Christmas party and it will be a jacket that I can keep in the wardrobe and get out every year – it will never go out of style.

What are you looking forward to most this Christmas?

I think the thing I'm looking forward to doing most is escaping for a weekend, without any kids and spending time with my wife acting like kids ourselves! We’ll be heading to the seaside to eat some ice cream and then warm up in front of the fire with our favourite festive cocktails.

 

Meet Debby our Store Assistant Manager.

She's wearing the Black And Gold Majestic Velour Dress.

Why did you choose this dress?

It’s one of my favourite party dresses! It’s very elegant and also really comfortable to wear.

Where will you be wearing it?

I'll be wearing it on Christmas Eve, when I'll no doubt have a wrapped up walk on the promenade. My family live in Scarborough and we usually spend Christmas with them.

What are you looking forward to most this Christmas?

I'm most looking forward to an evening of playing poker with my awesome uncle and husband on Christmas Day. It's been a while and after wearing masks we’ll have to see who still has a decent poker face!

Why did you choose this dress?

I chose this dress because its so glamorous! The devore print sets it apart from everything else.

Where will you be wearing it?

I’ll be wearing it to our annual family boxing day party. I just know my aunties will love it and no one else will have anything similar.

What are you looking forward to most this Christmas?

This Christmas I am so excited to finally be allowed to help cook the Christmas dinner with my mum and sister.
